Great news on the unframe front! Brandon Venery (very cool dude) created a small greasemonkey script (Firefox only at this point) that fixes the issue.
1. Install http://spocklet.com/bookmarklet/reframeprevent.user.js
2. Goto http://facebook.mafiawars.zynga.com/mwfb/index.php?skip_req_frame=1&mwcom=1
3. Play game unframed!

Chrome Workaround

Un-Frame and Assassin-A-Nator still not working for Chrome. Is anyone working on a solution for this?

No good fix for Chrome yet, we will notify when if one is found.
Meanwhile, use the Spockholm Toolbar, http://spockon.me/toolbar

Zynga made some changes to the re-frame code, Brandon (go Brandon!) updated the reframeprevent.user.js to fix this again. You will have to reinstall the script to make it work properly.
